To celebrate and give tribute to Messi last world cup and career, we created the impossible rondo. 5 Messi, one of each world cup he played, playing a game of rondo. A unique and authentic way to create the impossible. Ahat is better than one Leo Messi? 5.
The VFX is a mix of CGI and AI (deepfake).
Apart of serving as a tribute to the career of the 34-year-old, we also honored the late-Diego Armando Maradona by using the same song in the short-film (Opus - Live is life), as the iconic video of "El Pibe De Oro" warming up with Napoli in the 1989 UEFA Cup Final.
for messi’s win at the World Cup 2022, we simply went with its slogan, “Impossible is Nothing." and posted the image on social media while in the Middle East, the creative, by TBWA\Worldwide, ran on a 3D billboard in Dubai, the "Dubai Frame," adapted by Vertex CGI.
